The optimisation of column hydraulics has enabled us to achieve low mixing volumes and even flow through the column ensuring optimum resin utilisation and high product purity, as well as efficient regeneration and reutilisation of the resin.
The control requirements of the plant we design are critical for their accurate and efficient operation. We have developed Process Logics based on the column hydraulics, sufficient for the needs of software engineers. In certain cases we provide built-in control systems.
